A typically spicy Pinot Grigio nose is followed by a more opulent palate where the mouth-feel Sauvignon Blanc adds body and underlying smoothness to the finish. This is a very accomplished wine and a rarely successful blend. Makes an excellent aperitive, goes very well with salads, delicate pasta dishes and white meat.
