Straw coloured, clear and bright. The bouquet is both, floral and fruity with an underlying hint of almond. Dry and firm on the palate; light bodied and elegant. It’s recommended with shellfish and other seafood preparations particularly fish, grilled; to prepare stew or rich sauce. It’s also excellent with Asian cuisine and spicy soups. It could be served as an aperitive lightly chilled.
